NA No answer autodail
Hi
around 80% of the calls are getting automatically disposed to NA (No answer auto dial). this happens irrespective of any number of agents logged in or any types of leads used.
please help us understand the possible cause of this. any help is much appreciated.

the NA status might be due to
Either your dialling wrong numbers
your leads are not geninune
your trunk is not good to dial the number,they might dont have proper routes to dial some numbers
Take the NA numbers and dial those nos manually and see are you able to dial or not with the same trunk and also with another trunk.
