Agents auto pausing

We are using GoAutoDial CE 3.3 and agents as using at their workstations Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon.
The problem is that the agents go in pause automatically while they are waiting for a call. At their screen it shows like they are ready to take calls but in supervisor dashboard they are in pause. This happen to almost all agents. I tried different browsers but nothing changed.

Can someone help me ? It would be very appreciated.

check the process of your server.

I have done it but nothing change they will work about 30 min without stopping and it will start again with the pause.
sometimes it goes in pause every 5 minutes
can this be a issue caused by the server? or I have to look something else that might cause it?

Are the agents and servers on the same LAN?

hello,

you need to check few things and let me know the result.

1. check latency between workstation, supervisor and server.
2. if possible let me have packet capture(TCP dump) from workstation, supervisor and server end.
3. check the logs in server if there is any error coming for dhadi or php?
