Hey, I am trying to add moh entries but the issue is that for every entry that is created it adds the previous files from the entry to it.Am not sure if i am making sense so i added a pic of what i am talking about. the highlighted section is the original content for the moh entry and you can see at the beginning it has the entries for the moh before it.
