There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator with GoAgent(Agent WebClient)

Hi,

I am using GoAgent version 3.3 and as soon as I successfully logged into GoAgent,I am getting the error message "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator".Its happening all across the workstations.Please help me out.We are unable to procced further because of this issue.I am attaching the screenshots for the same.

Getting no such issues with goAdmin.I am surprised why above error is coming for Web Agents only.
I have checked PHP time and DB time also,it appears to be in synch.But my workstation time appears to be 1 second behind.Is the issue because of workstation time not in synch with PHP time and DB time.If its so,why there is no such issue while I logged into goAdmin.I am attaching screenshot for the same.

Please provide resolution for the above issue as earliest as we are unable to move forward.I will appreciate.

The Problem is ,your server ip is not update in the DB.
still the DB is registered with 127.0.0.1Mask:2

you need to run the ip update script with label as mentioned below

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=127.0.0.1Mask:2

Thanks alot Striker.I followed the resolution provided by you above and the error is gone.

Now after login to goAgent(Agent Web Client),after 15-17 seconds,I am getting the message "You have been disconnected." Go Back/Reconnect.

I am attaching screenshot as an attachment.

Do it has to do with rtptimeout. Though RTP timeout I guess default to 60 seconds.

Please advice.

while logging in as agent, have u got a call form server to your softphone?

if yes after attending that call, did you got a voice prompt saying you are the only person in this conference?

Post the CLI LOG while logging in as agent until you get this error.
note : type asterisk -vvvvvvr in the command prompt to get the cli

While Log in, we are doing manual Dial but nothing seems to happen.Please find the screenshot as reference.

Also,please find output of asterisk -vvvvvvr as attachment for reference.

We are able to make a call from server to softphone but not getting a voice prompt saying you are the only person in this conference.

Hi,

Issue was resolved.There was configuration issue related to campaign.I resetted campaign from autodial to manual.

It started working and I am getting a voice prompt saying you are the only person in this conference.

When I am making a call in manual mode,I am getting voice prompt saying "This is not a valid extension.Please try later again"

is this issue with diaplan configuration in carrier settings.

My diaplan settings for AUS are as under:

exten => _961.,1,AGI
exten => _961.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:3}@carrier,,tTo)
exten => _961,3,Hangup

Please advice.I will appreciate.

Hey Parikshat,

I am a new to this, i have been able to resolve the Time Syc error by what was mentioned above, but now i am getting an error "You have been disconnected"

1, I am using Goautodial 3.3

I have tried using it from home with a dynamic ip my X-lite 3.0 was giving me a popup which trying to login in to Agent, when i try that with my static ip, it dosent come up and in few seconds Agent login screen gets disconnected and give me the same error "you have been disconnected"

I have done all the input correctly to server.

Static IP
Default Gateway for the service provider
DNS- primary/secondary

Could you please help me in this situation..

Hi Parijat,

Sorry for replying late as I just saw your message.

The static IP address you have assigned to goautodial server,please ensure same static IP address is configured properly for X-Lite.

Please confirm back, are you assigning/configuring same static IP address for your X-lite settings also.

Right Click on your X-lite Phone GUI, and select SIP Account Settings->Double Click the entry there.

Then check what's the IP there in Domain field.If its different than your static IP address,correct it by assigning it same IP address you have assigned to your goautodial server.

Also check whether Send outbound via proxy is enabled and to ensure it ip adress for proxy is same static ip address you assigned.

Hope it will resolve your issue.
